He was predeceased by: his parents, James W. Meridith and Eunice Meridith; his sister Wilma Parrish; his son-in-law Jeremy Hilling; and his siblings-in-law, Robert Keppler, Louis Keppler and Ann Keppler.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Lou Meridith of Highland, IL; his children, Mary M. Tuzik (Mark), James L. Meridith (Denise), Ann B. Kleinmann (Randy), John M. Meridith (Jill) and Jennifer A. Hilling; his grandchildren, Cory Tuzik (Allison), Casey Tuzik (Aimee), Alex Tuzik, Rosie Tuzik, MacKenzie Kleinmann, Matthew Kleinmann, Meridith Kleinmann, Jake Kretlow (Marie), Justin Kretlow (Maddy Cooper), Lucas Hilling, Ava Hilling, Jimmy Meridith, Sophia Meridith, Tyler Deichmann and Emily Deichmann; his great grandchildren, Tyler, Caleb, Lucas, Marianna, Gabriel, Elena Tuzik, Max and Rosie Kretlow; and his siblings-in-law, Rose Keppler and John Keppler.
