He is survived by: his parents, Jacob A. Hinterser, and Judith Ann Hinterser, Jr.; his wife Dana Hinterser; his daughter Sammi Jo Gonser (Candyce Frey); his granddaughter Gracy Neal; his brothers, Christopher Jay Hinterser (Robin) and Todd Eric Hinterser (Erica); his in-laws, Ken and Mary Kapp; his siblings-in-law, Debbie Workman (Matt), Barb Ashford (Dan), Corie Gonser (Jeff) and Josh Garner (Cara); his nieces and nephews, Cori Hinterser, Tyler Hinterser, Connor Hinterser, Kyle Hinterser (Allison), Jordan Hinterser (Michael), Allison Workman, Levi Ashford, Brandon Hanna, Matt Hanna and Christine Garner; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Nora Hinterser, Mason Hinterser, Henry Chapin and Boston Chapin; and his pet Molly.
