He was predeceased by: his parent Cornelius; his sister Elaine Klostermann; his mother-in-law Erwin; his siblings-in-law, Susan Heldenbrand and Tom Heldenbrand; his nephew Terry Holtgrave; and also, Christine and Schwierjohn.
He is survived by: his parent Henrietta; his wife Kathy of St. Rose; his children, Kristy Haugland (Justin) of Highland, Kyle Klostermann of Highland and Kelly Klostermann of St. Rose; his grandchildren, Brycen Haugland, Layten Klostermann and Brylee Haugland; his brothers, Leonard Klostermann of St. Rose and Glenn Klostermann (Barb) of Troy; his sisters-in-law, Leonard Holtgrave (Ruth) of St. Rose, Ronald "Moose" Holtgrave (Arlene) of St. Rose, Marilyn Wolters (John) of Highland, Alfred "Sarge" Holtgrave (Diane) of St. Rose and Doris Bogowith (Steve) of Troy; and also Steinmann.
In lieu of flowers and gifts, memorials may be made to his grandchildren's education fund and will be received at the funeral home. (Checks may be made to Kathy Klostermann).
