It is with great sadness that we announce the death of George Scheeringa (Highland, Illinois), who passed away on April 11, 2019, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, George Scheeringa and Jean Scheeringa Van Til. He is survived by: his sons, Jeremy Scheeringa (Julie Bapst-Dwyer), Timothy Scheeringa (Carly) and Philip Scheeringa (Amy); his grandchildren, Jayla, Abigail, Logan and Hannah Scheeringa; his siblings, Beverly Knight (late Ed), Doris Meyer (Dave), Don Scheeringa (Maureen) and Jim Scheeringa (Sandy); his brother-in-law David Blair (Andrea); and his daughter-in-law Jill Antoskiewicz-Scheeringa.
