She was predeceased by: her parents, John E. Rembish and Flora A. Rembish; her husband Patrick O'Gara; her sister Sharon Rembish; her grandson-in-law Dustin Johnson; and her friends, Billie "Red Head" Meyer, Patricia, Kitty and McCord.
She is survived by: her children, Edward P. O'Gara (Donna), John F. O'Gara (Tim Vancil) and Shannon K. Mott (Joe); her grandchildren, Amanda "Mandalyn" Johnson, Mallory "Mal" O'Gara (Alywn Mushunga), Connor "Nonnor" O'Gara, Sailor "Nailor" Van Loo, Brewer "Budda" Van Loo and Jolie "JoJo" Mott; her sisters, Sandra Gailius (Dave), Pam Pepper (Doug), Shelly Jalinsky (Vince) and Johnna Blaylock (Mark); her sister-in-law Shirley Hewitt; and her friends, April Deatherage and Dee Mormino. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made to St. Paul Church, HSHS Hospice or Immaculate Conception Church.
