Splaingard (Mitch States) of Los Osos, CA; her nephew Greg Splaingard; and her siblings-in-law, Donald J. Kohne (Janice), Sharilyn K. Whittaker (Dale) of Maryville, IL and Vickie K. Sumner (James) of New Douglas, IL..
