She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Padavic (Padavic) and Agnes Padavic (Arthur J. Flaiz); and her husband Arthur J. Flaiz. She is survived by: her children, Paul J. Flaiz (Sulvay) of Las Vegas, NV, Donna M. Wilborn of Highland, IL and Bonnie J. Tilden (Ted) of Oceanside, CA. She is also survived by Grandchildren - 6 Great Grandchildren - 10 Great Great Grandchildren.
