He is survived by: his wife Joette McNeilly of Highland, IL; his children, Lori Youmans (Peter) of Sarasota, FL, Sheri Schroetter (Chris Arentsen), Ryan Anderson (Stefanie), Travis, Scott McNeilly and Mark McNeilly (Lisa); his grandchildren, Jordan Schroetter, Colby, Kyle Youmans, Audrey, Olivia Arentsen, Matthew McNeilly, Tristan, Morgan, Aiden McNeilly and William Anderson; his daughters-in-law, Phyllis Cagle (Jim) of Highland, IL and Debbie McNeilly; and his brother Roger McNeilly (Judy) of Highland, IL. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
