He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Bellm and Estelle Bellm. He is survived by: his wife Joann B. Bellm; his children, Philip E. Bellm, Jeffrey A. Bellm (Barb), Rick A. Bellm (Shani), Susan M. Frahm (JR) and Wendy L. Johnson (Doug); his grandchildren, Chris Bellm (Molly Grebel), Chynna Von Bokel (Chase), Alyssa Duffin (Keith), Derek Brinker (Girlfriend Sara Strom), Michael Johnson, Breanna Frahm, Griffin Frahm, Chaz Frahm, Jenna Bellm, Reece Bellm and Macklin Bellm; his great grandchildren, Cooper Duffin and Lily Duffin; his sister Sharon Smith Boyer of Highland, IL; and his brothers-in-law, Rich Mersinger (Anna) of Saint Jacob, IL, Roy Mersinger of Saint Jacob, IL and Pat Mersinger (Laurie) of Saint Jacob, IL. He is also survived by Many Nieces and Nephews.
