He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerome Kampwerth and Irma Kampwerth; his parents-in-law, L. John and Shirley Wise; and his brother Larry P. Kampwerth.
He is survived by: his wife Tami Kampwerth of Highland, IL; his children, Nathan D. Kampwerth (Lori Schrumpf) of Highland, IL and Samantha J. Haukap (Noah) of Highland, IL; his granddaughters, Ellie Rose Kampwerth, Nora Laine Kampwerth and Olivia Ann Haukap; his siblings, Roger A. Kampwerth (Tina) and Lori Suess (Kevin) of Edwardsville, IL; and his siblings-in-law, Kathy Kampwerth of Richmond, TX, Marc Wise (Arlene) of Oakley, CA and John B. Wise. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
