He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Barr Sr. and Ozaine Barr (Todd); and his siblings, Ruth Barr, Barbara Johnson and Robert Barr.
He is survived by: his mother-in-law Suzanne Williams; his wife Suzanne Barr of Highland, IL; his children, Nichol Reeves (Eric) of Chesterfield, MO, Chris Graham (Bronwyn) of Fairbanks, AK and Adam Barr (Shauna) of Edwardsville, IL; his brother Raymond Barr (Carol) of Highland, IL; and his grandchildren, Spencer, Eli, Madeline, Ozaine, Vaeda and George. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
