He is survived by: his wife Ruthal; his child Charles Lee Ainsworth; his grandchildren, Andy Yuto Ainsworth, Nina Sakura Ainsworth, May Sara Ainsworth and Aaron Stefan Ainsworth; his siblings, Jerry Lamar Ainsworth and Ellen "Babbit" Ainsworth Pierce; and his children, Winnie Marie Ainsworth and Sophie Marie Ainsworth.
