It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bobbie W. DePew of Highland, Illinois, born in Alhambra, Illinois, who passed away on April 9, 2024, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Justin DePew and Gladys DePew; his former wife Mary Ferrari; his grandson Christopher Depew; his siblings, Kenny Bryan, John DePew, Melvin DePew, Jake DePew, Mary Lou Cowen and Sherry Johns; and his siblings-in-law, Minda DePew and Robert Halleman.

He is survived by: his wife Donna DePew; his children, Ronnie DePew (Robin) of Wood River, IL, Gary DePew (Wilhelmina), Robert Lopez (Arlene) of Antioch, IL, Darla Smilek (Sean) of Highland, IL and Larry McGuire (Sharron) of Mattoon, IL; his grandchildren, Nathan DePew, Dalton Smilek, Robby Lopez (Chrissie) and Jeremy Lopez (Stef); his great grandchildren, Brooke DePew, Cameron DePew and Bodhi Lopez; and his siblings, Bill DePew of Independence, MO and Patricia Halleman of New Douglas, IL. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
