It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bernd C. Bailey of Highland, Illinois, who passed away on November 7, 2020, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Bailey and Irmgard Bailey; his siblings, JoAnn Norris, Nancy Bailey, Renate Titzer and Danny Bailey; and his parents-in-law, Helen and Fred Randant.
He is survived by: his wife Barb Bailey of Highland, IL; his children, Scott Bailey of Wood River, IL, Paul Bailey, Nikki Elsing (Paul), Phil Beckmann (Jill) and Gina Beckmann; his grandchildren, MacKenzie, MacKayla, MacKenna Wieter, Alex, Layne Elsing, Jillian and Maryn Beckmann; and his sisters, Irene McGraven and Susie Bates. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
