He was predeceased by: his parents, Belmont Koch and Irma Koch. He is survived by: his wife Donna M. Koch of Highland, IL; his grandchildren, Amber D. Glynn of Highland, IL, Randy D. Koch of Carlyle, IL and Brett J. Koch (Chelsea) of Norridgewock, ME; his daughter-in-law Barbara A. Koch; and his sisters-in-law, Mary Ann Koch of Highland, IL and Carol A. Ziegler (Kenneth) of Troy, IL. He is also survived by Great Grandchildren.
