She was predeceased by: her husband Harry Breuker; her children, David Breuker and Dale Breuker; her brothers, Robert Blom (late Alice), Dennis Blom (late Mary), Vernon Blom (late Dorothy), Donald Blom and Kenneth Blom; and her parents, Jacob Blom and Elizabeth Blom.
She is survived by: her daughter Betty Yonkman (Roger); her daughter-in-law Lynne Kortenhoven (Dick); her grandchildren, John Breuker (Tammy), James Breuker (Linda), Jill Breuker, Jody Breuker (Valerie), Jason Breuker (Erin), Jeremy Breuker (Roseann), Chad Yonkman (Stefanie), Christopher Yonkman (Amy), Cara Koster (Tim) and Carly Bruen (James); her brother Claude Blom (late Alice); and her brother-in-law Paul VanTil (Linda).
