She was predeceased by: her parents, Ben Savil and Kathleen Savil; her husband Ron Medlin; and her sister-in-law Linda Savil. She is survived by: her children, Mark Applin, England, Shane Medlin (Stephanie) of Granite City, IL and Mecala Scholl (Justin) of Highland, IL; her grandchildren, Kyle Applin, Zack, Nick, Sam Medlin, Meckenna, Gavin, Parker and Anda Scholl; and her siblings, Terry Savil, Marie Collis (Len), Kevin Savil (Ruth), Sylvia Ward (Larry) and Anthony Savil (Jackie). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

“I worked with Ann many years ago at the 508 Variety shop in Mitchell, Illinois. Everyone knew her as “the luv lady” due to her greeting everyone with her smile and “Ello Luv!” We became great friends for many years I have so very many fond memories of this very special lady. . No words can capture Ann’s spirit and we all have been blessed to have had this beautiful soul in our lives! Sending my deepest condolences to friends and family. She truly was “The Love Lady “ ♥️”
