Zelda Freeman Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Zelda Freeman (Highland Park, Illinois), who passed away on October 19, 2022 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Marvin Freeman; her parents, Sam Stone and Dora Stone (Ewens); and her sisters, Florence Kaplan and Irene Goldman (Melvin).

She is survived by: her children, Sandra Kravitt (Greg), Diane Ruder (Lawrence) and Richard Freeman (Madeleine); her grandchildren, Meredith Janik (Jacob), Dana Ring (Gregory), Rachel Kalvakota (Nithin), Michael Ruder (Erica), Josh Kravitt (Sari), Jamie Freeman and Alexis Siegel (Daniel); and her great grandchildren, Jacob, Caleb, Emma, Jackson, Zoe, Amelia, Olivia, Marley, Tavi, Ren, Austin and Romi. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
