He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Sylvia Lavin; his children, Debbi Rosenberg (Ira), Steven Lavin (Dawn) and Jerold Lavin (Holly); his grandchildren, Amy Chaimson (late Brad), Shauna Freedman (Daniel), Michael, Alexander, Austin, Ethan, Spencer and Sophia Lavin; his great grandchildren, Leo, Evan, Simon Chaimson, Elana and Sarina Freedman; his sibling Berenice Pink (late Paul); and his sister-in-law Marilyn Rakowsky.
