He is survived by: his brother Howard; his wife Barbara Elaine Russell; and his children, Jeffrey Brown (Joan), Owen Brown (Alison), Andrew, Henry and Vanessa McGuire. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren, and nine great-grandchildren.
