He is survived by: his wife Dixie; his children, Debra Kern (Tom), Ralph, Michael and Denise; his grandchildren, Andrew Kern, Rebecca Kern, Natalie Thirtle, Jackson Thirtle, Daniel Thirtle and Madelyn Thirtle; his brother Charles (Beverly); and his brother-in-law Eugene Rudolph (Sharon). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 25th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Burnett-Dane Funeral Home (120 W Park Ave, Libertyville, IL 60048). A funeral service was held on Monday, November 25th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
