He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene DeRose and Emilia DeRose; his wife Margery; his siblings, Wanda DiVecchio (Paul), Carolina Sorrentino, Mario (Diane) and Orlando (Ida); and his son-in-law John Beranek.

He is survived by: his sister-in-law Diane DeRose. He is also survived by 4 grand children, 10 great grand children.
