Nathan Shapiro Obituary

With solemn reverence, we commemorate Nathan Shapiro of Highland Park, Illinois, whose life came to an end on December 31, 2024 at the age of 88, leaving behind cherished memories. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Shapiro and Edna Shapiro; and his sibling Norton Shapiro (late Barbara). He is survived by: his spouse Randy Shapiro; his children, Steve Shapiro (Leslie), Danny Shapiro (Anne) and Lesley Stillman (Nate); his grandchildren, Joey, Tony, Jack, Jayson, Jordyn, Emily, Sam, Nick, Noah, Payton, Addison and Samantha; his great grandchildren, Tatum and Riley; and his brother Robert Shapiro (late Gwen). He is also survived by his brothers and father.

A funeral service was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Weinstein & Piser Funeral Home (111 Skokie Blvd, Wilmette, IL 60091).

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, The Ark Chicago, or Israel ParaSport Center.
