He was predeceased by: his parents, Genevieve Kushen and Arthur Kushen; his former wife Ellen Jones Kushen; and his sister Barbara Kushen Dee. He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Kushen; his children, Anne Macknin (Mitch), Karen Weil (Ed), Ali Kagan (Irv) and Geoff Ruttenberg; his grandchildren, Ellen McCarty (Max), Lucy Behn, Charlie Weil, Rachel Weil, Sammy Kagan, Joey Kagan and Benjamin Kagan; his great grandchild Asher McCarty; his brother Richard Kushen (Arlene); and his brother-in-law Richard Jones (late Jayne). He is also survived by his family and friends.
