She was predeceased by: her parents, Justin and Emily; her husband Lewis; and her son John Lewis. She is survived by: her sons, James (Laura), Richard (Karen) and Paul; and her grandchildren, Joseph (Stephanie), Mitchell (Annabelle), Emily, Sophia, Jessica, Henry, Zachary and Spencer.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be sent to the John Lewis Coplan Leukemia Research Fund at Northwestern University.
