He is survived by: his friends, Jill Allen Bates, Jamie Rubenstein and Peter Fechheimer; his sons, Bronson and Christopher Michel Hall; his grandson Adrian Michael; his wife Michèle Michel; his grandson Justin; his daughter-in-law Maria Estela Capul Hall; his brother Ferris Minor Hall; and his sisters-in-law, Nancy Klauder Hall and Annie Hernvann. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews, and cousins.
