He was predeceased by : his parents, William "Bill" H. Houser and Loretta C. Houser (Pike); and his siblings, Armon Whitley, Bart Houser, BJ Carr and Debbie Houser.

He is survived by : his wife Barb Glosser; his daughters, Misty Keller, Jaimee Johnson (Michael) and Stacey Parr (Chris); his grandchildren, Tyson Johnson (Cass), Kiley Winnett, Derek Keller, Dalton Keller, Kendra Keller, Tanner Parr, Kennedy Parr and Jacey Parr; his great grandchildren, Kya Keller, Preston Johnson, Noah Johnson, Maddox Johnson, Fox Johnson, Indie Johnson, Cameron Keller, Zaevon Winnett, River Winnett and Knox Funneman; and his siblings, Jack Houser (Mary) and Diane Neese (Dave).

Visitation was held on Tuesday, July 9th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Barkley Funeral Chapel (300 N Kentucky St, Greenup, IL 62428). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, July 10th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
