She was predeceased by: her parents, Leo Vernon and Bertha Fay Nees (Neeley); her husband Fred Carr; and her brother John Nees. She is survived by: her children, Sheryl Ilg (Ken) of Greenville, SC, Charles Carr (Betty) of Hidalgo, IL, Steven Carr (Kim) of Hidalgo, IL and Scott Carr (Angela) of Mahomet, IL.; her grandchildren, Rebecca Helriegel (Matthew), Nathan Ilg, Rachel Carr, Sarah Carr, Zacheus Carr, Isaac Carr, Aaron Patrick (Amy) and Ashley Giordano; and her great grandchildren, Jared, Jessa, Jillian Helriegel, Kylie, Caleb Ilg, Landon, Kole Patrick, Madi and Gavin Maugeri.

Memorials may be made to the Hidalgo Independent Christian Church.
