He was predeceased by: his parents, William Finn and Florence Finn (Oaks); his wife Anna May Duckworth; his son Billy Ray Finn; his siblings, Fred, Ed, Orville, Charlie Finn and Edna Kibler; and his son-in-law Harold Clark.
He is survived by: his children, Jerry Finn (Carol), Harold Finn (Janet), Phillip Finn (Tammy), Patty Clark and Jennifer Taylor (Greg); and his sister Betty Ebbert. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren; and 7 great-great grandchildren.
