He was predeceased by: his parents, William Millerick and Alice Millerick; and his sister Marie Matkovich. He is survived by: his wife Sharon; his daughters, Alison Millerick (Christopher Szela), Nicole Serafino (Steven) and Melissa Millerick; his siblings, Sheila Gilmore (late George), Michael Millerick (Patricia), Marjorie Keane (John), Theresa Lau (Bill) and John "Jack" Millerick (Judy); his grandchildren, Christopher Serafino (Ramona), Mackenzie and Morgan Serafino; his great grandchild Killian Serafino; his aunt Ruth Walsh of Reedsburg, WI; his sibling-in-law Jaclyn Anderson; and his friend Philip Pecararo. He is also survived by his 28 nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to Parkinson's Foundation of Greater Illinois or National MS Society Greater Illinois are appreciated.
