She was predeceased by: her husband William T. Millerick, Jr.; her parents, John Cody and Alice Cody; her siblings, Jaclyn Anderson, Gerald Cody (Patricia) and Robert Cody; and her grandmother Uno.

She is survived by: her daughters, Alison Millerick (Christopher Szela), Nicole Serafino (Steven) and Melissa Millerick; her grandchildren, Christopher Serafino (Ramona), Mackenzie Serafino and Morgan Serafino; and her great-nieces, Colette, Madelyn Millerick and Lady of Loretto. She is also survived by her many nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Saint Patricia Church (9040 S 86th Ave, Hickory Hills, IL 60457). A funeral Mass was held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.

In Lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the Parkinson's Foundation (https://parkinson.org.) or Lightways Hospice and Serious Illness Care (https://lightways.org) are appreciated.
