She was predeceased by: her husband Edward Tierney; her parents, Phillip O'Reilly and Mary O'Reilly; her siblings, Dorothy Testa (late Phillip), Dolores Niles (late Gerard) and Thomas O'Reilly (late Pat); her sisters-in-law, Patricia Tierney and Mary O'Malley (late James); and her daughter-in-law Colleen Bruton.
She is survived by: her children, Reilly Tierney (Gina Carmignani), Eileen McCann (Duffy) and Maribeth Kostal (Christian); her grandchildren, Maeve, Caoilinn, Jack, Fionn Tierney and Meghan McCann; her brother James O'Reilly (Bonita); and her siblings-in-law, Jean Kelleher (late William) and John (late Sherry). She is also survived by extended family included 26 nieces and nephews, and so many grand nieces and nephews.
