He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Joan; his sons, Scott (Molly) and Daniel; his mother Barbara Provenzano; his grandchildren, Teddy and Annie; his stepson Kristopher Queen (Heather); his stepgrandchildren, Trevon, Teyona, Kayley, Tyrese and Sydney; his siblings, Cindy Slubowski (Kathy), Jack Slubowski (Kathy), Theresa Rowden (Terry), Barbara Cesario (Carlo), Henry and Adored; his nieces and nephews, Luke Fritz (Tamazine), Tiffany Bockewitz (Ryan), Tina Herig (Clark), David Cesario, Kevin Cesario and Karl Cesario; his great-nephews, Ethan and Rob; and his children, Star and Luna.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 26th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Blake-Lamb Funeral Home (4727 W 103rd St, Oak Lawn, IL 60453). A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, December 27th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the St. Patricia Church (9000 S 86th Ave, Hickory Hills, IL 60457). An entombment will be held on Friday, December 27th 2024 at the Resurrection Cemetery (7201 Archer Rd, Justice, IL 60458).
