She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Dean and Imo Maxine Phillips Turner Sr.; her sons, Thomas Dean Wingett and Donald John Wingett; and her siblings, Barbara Gordon, Duwane Turner and Karri Todd Turner.
She is survived by: her children, James Edward Wingett of Columbus, Randall Brian Wingett (Angela) of Farmer City, Illinois and Pamela Barlow (Dana) of Bloomington, Illinois; and her siblings, Arthur Dean Turner Jr. (Donna) of Bloomington, Illinois, Sandra Bowman of Phoenix, Arizona, Edith Buss of Le Roy, Illinois, Debra Alcorn of Bloomington, Illinois, Brenda Case of Downs, Illinois and Sally Schultz (Glenn) of Columbus, Wisconsin.. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren.
