She was predeceased by: her parents, Lamar J. Pike and Margaret K. Yordy Pike; and her grandson Jimmy Butler. She is survived by: her husband James D. Laskowski of Heyworth; her children, Jennifer Butler (Reid) of Lakewood Ranch, FL and Jeremy Laskowski (Annette Noud) of Bloomington; her grandchildren, Mercedes Reis (Tony), Julia Butler, Luke, Jake and Cole Laskowski; and her great grandchildren, Jackson, Charlie Reis and Jaylynn Butler.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Huntington's Disease Foundation.
