She was predeceased by: her father Richard E. Hoog; and her grandparents, Wayne, Diana Walden and William Hoog. She is survived by: her mother Becky L. Walden Hoog; her children, Anthony of Heyworth and Ava Mae Krol of Heyworth; her siblings, Jessica Hoog of Bloomington, Rebecca Stout (Travis) of Bloomington, Ryan Raney of Normal and Damien Hoog of Normal; her grandmother Janet Hoog of Bloomington; her significant other Patrick Lott of Bloomington; her nephews, Micah and Logan Stout; and her niece Lynn Marie Stout. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family for an education fund for Janice's children, Anthony and Ava Mae.
