He is survived by: his wife Wendy Wickenhauser; his sons, Craig Bartels (Lisa) of Downs and James Bartels (Kristin) of Heyworth; his grandchildren, Colton, Kelsey Bartels of Downs and Lucas Bartels of Heyworth; and his sister Carolyn Prescott of Heyworth. He is also survived by sisters and brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
