He was predeceased by: his parents, Latney Brooks and Gressie Decker Brooks; and his daughter Laura Ann. He is survived by: his wife Donna; his daughters, Terri Hinthorn (Keith) and Michelle Rickard Elmwood (David Neal); his grandchildren, Zack, Chelsea, Ethan and Cody; his great grandchildren, Brooklynn and Charlotte; and his siblings, Norman, Latney, Bob, Mike, Tim, Hazel Law and Betty Harvel.
