He is survived by: his parents, Melvin "Mick" and Ginny Murphy (Duncan) of Clinton, IL; his children, Candi Taylor (Jake) of Wapella, IL and Samantha Ballew (Caleb); his grandchildren, Dylan, Kylie Taylor of Wapella, IL, Maci and Charli Ballew of Cunningham, TN; his sister Michelle Dillow (Gene); and his niece Brooklyn Dillow.
