She is survived by: her mother Sharon Lyons Carmine of Leitchfield; her husband Michael "Mike" Basham of Herscher; her sons, Tyler Brueck (Caitlin) of Shelbyville and Edward "Dylan" Dennison of Leitchfield; her stepdaughters, Megan Basham of Herscher and Mikaela Basham of Nashville; her grandchildren, Harper and Braxton Brueck; and her siblings, Michelle Tindall (Jerry) of Owensboro and Chris Carmine (Jennifer) of Leitchfield.
