She is survived by: her parents, Jim Perkins and Joanne Perkins of Cullom, IL.; her daughters, Amanda Jo McWhorter of Herscher, IL and Emily Jo Clapp of Manteno, IL; and her brother Steve Perkins (Stacy) of Herscher, IL. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and friends.
Memorials may be made to the family wishes, to support the future education of her beloved grandchildren, Kayden & Isla.
