He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Tibbetts and Doris Tibbetts (White); and his sisters, Verna and Freida. He is survived by: his wife Debra Tibbetts of Herscher; his son Justin Tibbetts (Amy) of Kankakee; his granddaughters, Elliana and Megan Tibbetts; his sister Patricia Donaldson of Watseka; and his pet Bear. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and close family and friends.
Memorials may be made to St. Jude Childrens Research Hospital or Hospice of Kankakee Valley.
