He is survived by: his wife Mary Benoit of Herscher; his daughters, Rachel Brucker (Jim) of Oak Park, Aimee Stano (Jeremy) of Wrightstown, WI, Heather Wetmore of Stelle and Michelle Hinich (Jeffrey) of Buckingham; his siblings, Lorel Benoit, Beverly Porter and Larry Benoit; his grandchildren, Tobey Cummins, Jason Davis, Simon Brucker, Clayton Hinich and Josephine Hinich; and his great grandchild Victor Cummins. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
