He was predeceased by: his parents, Verbal Barnett and Betty Barnett (Robinson). He is survived by: his wife Jerrie McHargue Dooley of Herrin; his daughters, Aimee Owens (Jai) of West Frankfort, Jamie Travelstead of West Frankfort and Jodi Hawkins (Paul) of Marion; his stepdaughter Jennifer Pierce (Kevin) of Johnston City; his son-in-law Kevin Chrostoski of Herrin; his grandchildren, Jaleigh Taylor (Sherman) of Marion, Kallie Clark (Gary) of Troy, Colt Chrostoski of Herrin, Henry Chrostoski of West Frankfort, Kaleb Pierce of Johnston City, Danielle Pierce of Vienna, Logan, Lucy of Marion, IL, Kameron and Maverick of Troy, MO; his siblings, Mary Mausey of Marion and David Barnett (Patty) of Marion; and his godchildren, Joshua and Sarah Benitone of Carterville.
