He was loved and cherished by many people including: his children, Catherine L. Fleck of Herrin, Matthew P. Harmon of Herrin, Ruth E. Harmon of Herrin, Margaret A. Petersen (James), Melinda G. Harmon (Bill Cronin) and Mary E. Lockhart; and his great grandchildren, Marcus, Jacob of Beaverton and Julian of Ojai. He was also cherished by friends and family, had six children.
