He was predeceased by: his father Wallace Rankin, Sr.; and his pet Scruffy. He is survived by: his mother Linda McVey (Vancil) of Herrin; his wife Becky McVey of Herrin; his brothers, Tom McVey (Debbie Bowen) of Herrin and Rob (Michele McVey); his niece Whitney McVey of Herrin; his niece Megan McVey of Herrin; his nephew Joshua Ray McVey of Herrin; and also, Remi and Skylar.
Due to health concerns related to the Covid-19 virus and the signing of executive order by the Governor of the State of Illinois, if you are planning on attending the service and/or visitation, facial masks are REQUIRED and customarily accepted social distancing guidelines is encouraged.
