He was predeceased by: his parents, Irvin Chance and Mauriene Chance (Carr); his daughter Angela Gayer; and his parents-in-law, Lee and Juanita Smothers.
He is survived by: his wife Janet Chance; his children, Jeff Davidson (Donna), Chip Chance (Chris), Shain Lloyd (Jena), Kelly Griffith (Jim) and Keri Richardson (Scott Thomas); his siblings, Roger Chance, Sue Bellamy and Janet Throgmorton (Lavern); his son-in-law Marty Gayer; and his brother-in-law Ed Smothers (Lisa). He is also survived by 14 grandchildren;14 great grandchildren.
DUE TO HEALTH CONCERNS RELATED TO COVID-19: visitation limit of 50 person capacity at one time; funeral limit to 50 persons; facial coverings required; and social distancing yourself from others.
