He is survived by: his wife Joy Wagley of Herrin; his sons, Shawn Wagley (Patty Hampton) of Carterville and Louis Wagley, Sr. (Rachel) of Herrin; his daughter-in-law Tracy Wagley; his grandchildren, Shawna, Aaron, Tori, Dylan, Louis Jr., Destinee, Dalton, Hunter, Amiyah, Jade, Jessie, Juniper, Kennedy, Evelynn, Lily Ann, Madysyn, Roman, Xzayver, Daylon, Jakyia, Savanna, Keagan, Braxzten, Bricyn and Tru; and his siblings, Freddie, Red, Brenda, Valida and Jeannie.
