He was predeceased by: his parents, Benard McCoy and Peggy McCoy Davis (Robinson); and his great grandchild Paxton McCoy. He is survived by: his children, Michael McCoy of Herrin and Carolyn McCoy-Rains of Herrin; his granddaughter Mikeh McCoy (Chelsea Major) of Herrin, IL; his great grandchildren, Peityn Major, Koltyn Major and Tynzlee Major; and his pets, Jack and Dallas.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the West Monroe Apostolic Church (1609 W Monroe St, Herrin, IL 62948). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
