He is survived by: his wife Barbara Peterson of Herrin; his children, Edward Peterson (Christy) of Herrin, Daniel Peterson of Herrin, Cynthia Turner (Shaun) of Stonefort, Amanda Lauderdale (Billy) of Herrin and Wendy Hageman (Clifford) of Carterville; his stepfather Charles Nix of Johnston City; and his sisters, April Peterson of Chicago and Robin Anderson (Wally) of Mishawaka, IN.. He is also survived by grandchildren; mother.
